This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Keyaro Edutech Private Limited (including the Seekho app, Arivu, English Seekho, Nerchuko, Seekho Jr, SeekhoAI, Kali, Vidhya, Hukum, Seekho Health and Seekho website, collectively referred to as "We" / "Our" / "Us") collects, uses, stores, maintains, secures, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User" / "You" / "Your") of its services, including the Seekho app ("App"), the Arivu platform, English Seekho, Nerchuko, Seekho Jr, SeekhoAI, Kali, Vidhya Platform, Hukum, Seekho Health and the Seekho website ("Site"). This Privacy Policy is a part of and shall be read with the Terms of Service.

1. Collection, Use & Retention

1. Personal Information
  We may collect information capable of identifying an individual or connected to an individual (“Personal Information”) such as name, email address, contact number, display picture, as well as other details such as gender and date of birth. Personal Information is collected in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our App or Site, register on the App or Site, contact us, or engage with other activities, services, features, or resources provided on our App or Site.
2. Non-personal information
  We may also collect non-personal information about Users whenever they interact with our App or Site. Non-personal information may include the browser name, device type, operating system, internet service provider, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other technical information about how Users interact with the App or Site. This information is used in aggregate form to understand usage patterns, improve our services, and diagnose technical issues. It does not identify you individually.
  
  Usage of Information
  We may use the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information collected from Users when they register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to surveys or marketing communications, contact us, browse the App or Site, or use certain features, as follows:
  1. To Enable Usage: To provide access to our App, Site, and services, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  2. Personalization: To personalize and customize User experiences and deliver content and product offerings based on User interests.
  3. Improvements: To improve troubleshooting, functionality, and security measures of the App and Site.
  4. Customer Service: To communicate with Users and respond to customer service requests more effectively.
  5. Feedback: To request ratings and reviews of our services or products.
  6. Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and fulfill legal or regulatory obligations.
  7. Email Communication: To send periodic emails regarding order updates, inquiries, questions, and other requests.
This policy applies to all services offered by Keyaro Edutech Private Limited across its platforms: the Seekho app, Arivu, English Seekho, Nerchuko, Seekho Jr, SeekhoAI, Kali, Vidhya, Hukum, Seekho Health and the Seekho website.

2. Security

We take all reasonable precautions to protect Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, both online and offline, using industry standard technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration. We store all Personal Information of Users on the cloud infrastructure offered by Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards, and We use regular Malware Scanning.
We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise transfer to third parties, Your Personal Information.

We do engage certain third party service providers (“Service Providers”) as stated below to provide advertising, infrastructure and IT services, process payment transactions, etc. and such Service Providers may have access to Your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information, in the course of providing such services. These trusted Service Providers are bound by this Privacy Policy and are not authorized to use or disclose your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information except in connection with providing their services.

We may share or disclose Your details to other companies in our group or transfer our databases containing your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information if we sell our business or part of it. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, we shall not share or disclose your Personal Information to third parties without obtaining your prior consent unless it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or unless we are required to do so by law.

Additionally, We may disclose certain Personal Information or Non-Personal Information about a User as and when required for the purpose of any litigation, security, law enforcement and/or for enforcement of Our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to share any information including personal information relating to the Users with another party in case of a merger, acquisition, amalgamation, or sale of all or part of Our assets to a third party.

The App and Site may contain links to third party websites that are not under our control. These websites may have their own policies regarding privacy. We have no control of or responsibility for such linked websites. You accessing such linked websites shall be at your own risk. These websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should check the privacy policies, if any, of such third party websites to see how the operators of those third party websites will utilize your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information.

3. Consent

We will collect Personal Information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such Personal Information to Us. Users can always refuse to supply Personal Information or withdraw any consent previously provided, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App or Site related activities.

Users may modify or delete their profile and/or Personal Information provided to Us. In case a User opts to delete their profile, any content published by such User on the App and Site will also be deleted. However, You agree and accept that We may retain Your personal information for a period of 180 days after such deletion to comply with applicable laws. We may continue to store and use Your Personal Information in an anonymized and aggregated manner for as long as is necessary for Us to provide Our services effectively.

Notwithstanding the above, books of account and financial transaction records, including subscription and payment records, are retained for a minimum of 8 financial years as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This retention applies solely to financial records and does not affect the deletion of your personal or health data.

You further expressly consent to Our continued use, storage, collection and disclosure of Your personal information in the event of any change in the laws applicable to data protection in India, to the fullest extent permitted under such applicable laws.

You may, at any time, revoke or rescind the consent provided herein. You may request for deletion of Your account and the associated Personal Information by writing to Us at support@seekhoapp.com. Upon any such revocation or recession of the consent or deletion of Your account, You hereby agree that You shall not be entitled to use any of the services made available on the App and Site.

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive communications from us via SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp for updates, offers, and important notifications.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Seekho has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When We do, We will post a notification on the main page of our Site. Additionally, We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how We are helping to protect the Personal Information We collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is Your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

5. Your Acceptance of this Privacy Policy

By using Seekho App and/or Site, You signify Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use Our App and/or Site. Your continued use of the App and/or Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed Your acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to terminate Your access and/or usage rights to the Site and App for any non-compliance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Grievance Redressal

If you are affected by any Content which violates these Terms of Service, including the Community Guidelines, you can write your concerns to our Grievance Officer at the details mentioned below:

Please provide the following details in relation to your grievance –
1. Description of the Content which is in violation of our Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines as well as the nature of the complaint against such Content.
2. Details of the location of the Content including the URL where such Content is hosted.
3. Supporting documents / sources to substantiate the grievance (if applicable)
4. The physical or electronic signature of the complainant. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name (not that of a company) at the bottom of your grievance email.
Please note the following course of action to be taken by Keyaro Edutech Private Limited (including the Seekho app, Arivu, English Seekho, Nerchuko, Seekho Jr, SeekhoAI, Kali, Vidhya, Hukum, Seekho Health and Seekho website) pursuant to your grievance:
1. Keyaro Edutech Private Limited shall acknowledge the receipt of your grievance within 24 hours of your email.
2. A unique ticket number shall be issued to you to track the status of the grievance.
3. Based on our review of the nature of the Content and the grievance, we shall take a decision, at its sole discretion, to take down the Content if it violates these Terms of Service and/or the Community Guidelines.
4. Such decision of us regarding the Content shall be conveyed to you within 15 days of the receipt of your email.

7. Additional Privacy Terms for Seekho Health

The following additional privacy terms apply when you use the Seekho Health mobile application ("Seekho Health") and supplement the rest of this Privacy Policy. Where these terms are inconsistent with the rest of this Policy, these terms prevail for Seekho Health. Keyaro Edutech Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary in respect of all personal data processed through Seekho Health under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA 2023").

A. Health Information is Sensitive Personal Data
To personalise your experience, Seekho Health may ask you for information about your body and lifestyle, such as: height, weight, and target weight; age and biological sex; dietary preferences and habits; nutrition, activity levels and sleep patterns; health goals; heart data, and any health conditions or health data you choose to share. This information — together with the content of your conversations with the in-app AI companion (the AI Companion) — constitutes sensitive personal data or information under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and health data within the meaning of the DPDPA 2023, and will be handled in accordance with those frameworks.

B. What We Do Not Collect
Seekho Health requests device permissions only to the extent necessary to provide the features you use. The permissions required may vary depending on the features you choose to access, and you will be prompted to grant any additional permissions at the time the relevant feature is made available to you. Payment details are processed by the relevant app store and are not received by Keyaro Edutech Private Limited.

C. Explicit Consent
We collect health information only after obtaining your explicit consent. Such consent is given when you agree to these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy at the time of login or registration. By proceeding past that point, you confirm your consent to the collection and use of health information as described in this Section. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@seekhoapp.com. Withdrawal will limit or end our ability to provide personalised features but will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out and does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fee paid.

D. How We Use Health Information
We use your health information to: (i) personalise content, plans, and recommendations; (ii) generate responses from the AI Companion; (iii) track the progress you record; (iv) provide customer support; and (v) improve the safety and quality of the Service. We do not sell your health information. We do not share it with advertising platforms, insurers, or employers. We contractually prohibit our data processors from using your identifiable personal data to train AI or machine-learning models. Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you may be used to understand, improve, and develop our services.

E. AI Processing
The AI Companion is powered by a third-party artificial-intelligence service. Your chat messages and health and wellness data are processed on third-party cloud servers on our behalf, solely for the purpose of generating responses within the Service. This provider is not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

F. Safety and Quality Review
To keep the Service safe, automated systems screen conversations with the AI Companion for indications of risk — for example, messages suggesting a medical emergency or self-harm — which trigger scripted safety responses and referrals to professional helplines. A limited number of authorised internal personnel may review samples of anonymised or pseudonymised conversations for safety and quality assurance purposes, under confidentiality obligations. Please do not share personally identifiable information about other individuals in your AI Companion conversations.

G. Data Storage and Security
All personal data collected through Seekho Health is stored on cloud infrastructure within India, consistent with the security arrangements described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel with a documented operational need.

H. Retention and Deletion
Your health information and AI Companion conversation history are retained while your account is active. You may also request deletion of all personal data held about you by writing to support@seekhoapp.com. On account deletion, your personal data may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes, after which it is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your account or associated data.

I. Your Rights
Under the DPDPA 2023 and the Information Technology (SPDI) Rules, 2011, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data held by Seekho Health; to withdraw your consent to the processing of health information; and to raise any grievance regarding data processing. Requests may be directed to the Grievance Officer identified in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy, who will acknowledge your communication within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 business days.

J. Age Restriction
Seekho Health is intended only for persons aged 18 years or above. Keyaro Edutech Private Limited does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 through Seekho Health. If it becomes aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly. Concerns may be reported to the Grievance Officer identified in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.
