Payments once made cannot be canceled on the platform; however, we do provide a 7-day money-back guarantee in case a customer is not satisfied with the offering.
To request a cancellation within 7 days, please contact us at support@seekhoapp.com along with your phone number used for signing up on the platform.
For subscriptions, you can cancel them directly through the platform where the payment was made. Typically, the option to cancel can be found under the "Payments and Subscriptions" tab of the respective payment method. If you cancel your subscription, it will stop for subsequent billing cycles, but the current billing cycle will remain active.
Payments made using referral codes are non-refundable, irrespective of the time elapsed since the payment.
Once you contact our customer care team, they will revert within 7 business days. Our customer care representatives will connect with you to understand the issue and, at their discretion, process a refund. Once approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the respective payment method within 7 business days.
