Keyaro Edutech Private Limited (including the Seekho app, Arivu, English Seekho, Nerchuko, Seekho Jr, SeekhoAI, and the Seekho website) offers subscriptions payment
Cancellations:
Autopay mandates can be canceled directly through the Profile Section of our apps. Subscriptions can also be canceled directly through the platform where the payment was made. Typically, the option to cancel can be found under the "Autopay" section of the respective payment method. If you cancel your subscription, it will stop for subsequent billing cycles, but the current billing cycle will remain active.
Refunds:
We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee in case a customer is not satisfied with the offering. Our customer care is available 24×7 to assist you. Once you raise a refund request the refunded amount will be credited to the respective payment method within 7 business days.
Note:
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account due to processing delays by the bank. If the refunded amount is not received after 7 days, please contact us at support@seekhoapp.com with your registered phone number.
