Shuruaat me wo sirf 1 kilo microgreens ugati thi, lekin aaj wo mahine me 50 kilo se zyada production karti hain aur 900+ regular customers unse jude hain. Aditi ne cafes aur 5-star hotels ke sath tie-ups karke subscription model launch kiya aur apne products Ahmedabad se lekar Surat, Vadodara aur Rajkot tak pahunchaye. 15 member ki team, jisme 80% mahilayein hain, ke sath Mali Greens aaj ₹180 per box ke premium fresh microgreens bech raha hai.
